Peter Cass is a real estate, business (corporate-commercial) and estate lawyer, practicing in Burlington, Ontario. Peter loves his work and (in 2024) still logs over 40 hours a week—and has done so for more than 50 years. He enjoys putting the wealth of his experience to work for clients, co-workers, and colleagues alike. Peter graduated from the University of Toronto law school in 1968. Since joining the firm in 1972, Peter has been involved in a wide variety of real estate and commercial matters, with an emphasis on residential transactions, land development, investment real estate, business sales and purchases, franchises, leasing, and negotiation. He works closely with business owners, medical professionals, and their respective accountants, to set up and reorganize operating and holding company structures, family trusts, and shareholder agreements. He also serves as trusted advisor in creating strategy to accomplish client goals with a minimum of court proceedings and cost, bringing his litigation experience and work on preparing a variety of contracts to bear, in order to provide efficient solutions.
